The Borgo was restored in 2000 and some houses, around the main house, are for weekly rent. The houses are equipped with all comforts and are elegantly furnished with the typical italian country style. A dining/meeting room with kitchen, fireplace, and bathroom is available for groups. The houses are surrounded by 10.000 sqm. of garden/meadow. A panoramic swimming pool is located in the center of the area, near the houses.

It is a two floor house with a private garden. At the first floor, with a terrace, there is the living/dining room with fireplace and kitchen. At the groundfloor there are two bedrooms (one double room) with two bathrooms. From the groundfloor you access to the private garden, sunny all day. From the “Casetta” you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of mountains and woods. Itis the idealhouse for 4-5 people.
TORRETTA
It was a little tower, probably it belonged to the ancient walls of the borgo. At the first floor, there is the living/dining room with fireplace and the kitchen. A mezzanine looks into the living room and it is equipped with a bed/armchair. At the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms and an exit to the private garden nearly the swimming pool. From the house you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of mountains and woods. Itis the idealhouse for 4-5 people
CASA VICOLO
It is located in the Borgo, on the small square in front of the Church. At the ground floor there is a kitchen with fireplace and a big living/dining room with fireplace. At the first floor there are two bedrooms (one double room) with two bathrooms. From a nice terrace you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of mountains and wood. The garden and swimming pool are very close. It is the ideal house for 4-5 people.
CISTERNA
It is located near the church and its name comes from the ancient cistern of rainwater on which itwas built. At the ground floor there is the living/dining room with fireplace and the kitchen. At the first floor there are a twin bedroom with a bathroom. It has a private terrace. It is the ideal house for 2-3 people.
CASA PISCINA
It is located near the swimming pool, and it is placed on one floor. There is a living room with bed sofa and kitchen, a bathroom and a little bedroom (with a bunk-beds). It has a sunny garden all day. Nearly the Casa dellaPiscina there is a indipendent double room with bathroom called "Spogliatoio". It is for rent separately or with Casa dellaPiscina. It is the ideal house for 2-3 people.
VERANDA
A Veranda of 40 sqm is ideal as a mini suite for 2 persons or It could be a beautiful meeting room for groups of many people who rent the houses, where they can eat and spend time together. It is a fully equipped room with kitchen, fireplace, bathroom, tv plasma, stereo. Barbecue and woodoven are outside.
